Damon Green

Damon Green is an experienced professional in the field of laser ablation and spectroscopy, currently serving as GM/Business Unit Manager for the PLM Laser Ablation Group at Teledyne Photon Machines since March 2022. Previous roles include positions at Teledyne FLIR, Teledyne CETAC Technologies, and ESI, where Damon held leadership and managerial positions, such as VP Technology and European General Manager. With a strong educational foundation, including a BSc in Geology from the University of Liverpool and a PhD in Geochemistry from Kingston University, Damon has a diverse background that spans over two decades in various technical and managerial roles across multiple companies. Notable early research work includes a postdoctoral position at Universite Montpellier II, focusing on trace metals in the Rio Tinto river system.
