Brenda Penn

Brenda Penn is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in UX design and strategy, currently serving as the Creative Director, UX at Photon since March 2021. In this role, Brenda spearheads product strategy, collaborates with sales teams to develop innovative proposals, and manages a diverse team of over 15 digital professionals. Previous positions include Associate Creative Director, UX, and Lead UX/UI Designer, where Brenda led client projects, facilitated design workshops, and ensured successful product delivery. Prior experience at Mabble Media involved managing web design projects and client accounts. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
