Mahesh Chandramouli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading operating model and process re-engineering projects for technology transformations. Currently serving as the Director of the Global Operating Model Practice at Slalom since August 2023, Mahesh also holds multiple roles as a Business SME at Guidepoint and GLG, and as a Business Mentor and Sales Advisor at MaxedS. Prior to these positions, Mahesh was a Senior Managing Director at Smartsheet, focusing on adoption readiness and operations with a significant budget and team management responsibilities, and held senior roles at Tata Consultancy Services, EY, and IBM where strategic growth, digital strategy, and operational excellence were achieved. Mahesh possesses advanced degrees in Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions including The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
