As CFO, Sanjiv has responsibility for devising and implementing our organic and inorganic growth strategies; business analysis and planning; corporate legal; treasury; partnerships and business development; marketing and investor relations. Sanjiv joined Photon in 2012 as the SVP - Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Photon, Sanjiv was the Senior Vice President- Investment Banking at Allegro Corporate Finance Advisors, a leading Bangalore based boutique investment banking firm with over 10 years of investment banking experience. Prior to Allegro he was with ICICI Limited, GE Capital and CRISIL. Sanjiv is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
