Anastasia Hotar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, communication, and business development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Photon Energy Group since August 2020 and as Director of Photon Energy Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to electrification in off-grid communities, Anastasia has played a crucial role in promoting social improvements through clean energy solutions. Previous positions include Communication Manager at Photon Energy Group and Business Development Manager at Global Investment Protection AG and European Solar Holdings NV, focusing on effective investment protection strategies and the aggregation of solar assets.
