Katerina M.

Katerina M. has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Katerina currently holds the position of Head of HR at Photon Energy Group, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager EU at RITCHY GROUP from January 2019 to May 2022, where they were responsible for HR processes in various countries. Before that, they were the HR & Office Manager CR&SR at HERO CZECH s.r.o. from March 2010 to February 2018. Katerina also has experience as an Office Manager at Televize Z1 from January 2008 to July 2009 and as an Assistant to HR Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from February 2007 to December 2007.

Katerina M. earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Business Institut EDU from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Prague University of Economics and Business, earning an Ing. degree from 2000 to 2006.
