Tomas Michalik

Tomas Michalik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tomas began their career as a Sales Representative at Southwestern Advantage in 2009, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of 11 students for direct sales. In 2013, they joined HP Enterprise Services as a Junior Sales Representative, promoting and selling computer hardware, software, and IT services.

In 2014, Tomas became a Senior Sales Manager at Marsann IT, s.r.o., where they identified business opportunities, evaluated prospects in the industry, and sold Lenovo products by establishing and developing relationships with clients. Tomas then moved on to Sygic Business Solutions in 2015, where they held multiple roles including Sales Executive & Key Account, Regional Sales Manager for Europe, and Sales Director. In these positions, they successfully maintained and expanded the customer base, built rapport with key customers, and identified new customer opportunities. Tomas was also responsible for pricing strategy, reseller development, revenue delivery, marketing budget planning, and pipeline management.

Most recently, Tomas joined Photoneo in 2020 as the Global Partner Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Sales - Sensors in 2021. Photoneo is a leading company in industrial 3D vision technology. In their role, Tomas has been instrumental in leading sales efforts for the company's product offerings, particularly the MotionCam-3D and PhoXi 3D Scanners.
