Rainer Gawlick

Rainer Gawlick is a seasoned board member and leader with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Board Chairman (Audit) at Protolabs since 2008, where leadership in the Compensation Committee occurred from 2010 to 2023. Also involved with Progress as a Board Member since June 2017, Gawlick contributes to audit and M&A/strategy efforts while serving as the Lead Independent Director at ChyronHego since January 2017. Additional board roles include Chair of Compensation and Audit at Sectigo, Board Member at Oktopost and CloudSense, and past leadership roles at Single Digits, Inc., Meltwater, and think-cell Software. Gawlick holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and a BA in Physics from UC Berkeley.
