Customer Care at PhotoSì

Beatrice Ripa has extensive experience in customer care and support, currently serving in a Customer Care role at PhotoSì since September 2018, where responsibilities include quality monitoring and monthly NPS and C-Sat reporting. Prior to this, Beatrice worked as a Receptionist at Suite Hotel Novecento for a brief period in 2018 and as a Sales Associate at a family clothing store from July 2015 to December 2017, focusing on customer service. Beatrice also completed an internship in customer care at PhotoSì in 2017. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Foreign Cultures with a focus on business linguistics from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo (2014-2017) and a linguistic high school diploma from Liceo Linguistico G.Cesare-M.Valgimigli (2009-2014).

Prints, PhotoBooks, Wall Prints, Calendars and many other Gadgets to customise with your own photos. How? With a super easy-to-use app and website. We strongly focus on technological development: we have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and only proprietary software, created and maintained by a team of 40 experienced developers. In 2012 we launched Europe's first photo printing app, which today has more than 5 million downloads. In 2021 we were voted Italy's Best E-commerce by the German Institute of Quality (ITQF). Our headquarters are in Riccione but we have 180 employees worldwide, from Germany to Japan, working in the following departments: Purchasing, Accounting, B2B, Management Control and Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Digital Business, Digital Product, HR, IT, Logistics, Marketing, Production, Product Development.
