Alyssa Ozimek-Maier

Alyssa Ozimek-Maier currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Photys Therapeutics since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alyssa served as a Senior People Partner at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from January 2019 to December 2022, and as a People Success Business Partner at WordStream between January 2018 and December 2019. Alyssa began a career in human resources as an HR Generalist at Berklee College of Music from January 2016 to December 2018, focusing on recruitment and diversity initiatives. Alyssa holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and The University of Manchester.
