With a background in Biochemistry and a PhD in Oncology, Arron has held various senior roles at companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, and GlaxoSmithKline. Additionally, Arron has been involved in different positions at organizations such as phraktion, Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS), and Health Interactions. Prior to entering the industry, Arron worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Barts and The London NHS Trust, focusing on skin cancer models and the tumor microenvironment.
