Allison Espinosa has worked in the marketing and customer service industries for over 18 years. Allison began their career in 2003 as a Client Service Representative at Putnam Investments. In 2005, they joined Monster as a Team Lead/Enterprise Service Account Manager, and then was promoted to Team Manager of the Premium Service (Customer Service Account Management). In 2013, they moved to IMN, inc. as a Marketing Consultant and was later promoted to Senior Marketing Consultant. In 2021, they joined Phrasee as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager.
