Kasia Lomanska

Kasia Lomanska has extensive experience in customer success and digital marketing. Kasia began their career in 2010 as a New Business Generation Consultant at Quantum Marketing Group. In 2012, they joined dotdigital as an Email Marketing Consultant, and was later promoted to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Key Accounts Director. In 2018, they joined Phrasee\u00ae as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and was promoted to Customer Success Director before taking maternity leave. In their role as Customer Success Director, they managed customer relationships and worked with senior stakeholders to spread the AI-driven successes into the wider business.

Kasia Lomanska attended Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Leisure Marketing. Subsequently, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn in July 2019, Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World (Blinkist Summary) and Unsubscribe: How to Kill Email Anxiety, Avoid Distractions, and Get Real Work Done (Blinkist) from LinkedIn in May 2019, Key Account Management from TACK International in December 2016, Professional Presentation Skills from Performance for Business in September 2016, High Impact Presenting from Pareto Law - Institute of Sales & Marketing Management Accredited in October 2014, and Fundamentals of Selling from Pareto Law - Institute of Sales & Marketing Management Accredited in September 2012.
