Yen Hoang

Yen Hoang serves as the Campaign Operation Lead at Phreesia since September 2023, following nearly a decade at CVS Health where roles included Senior Manager and Manager in Digital Campaign Targeting Execution, along with positions as Lead Business Analyst and Marketing Analyst for ExtraCare. Yen executed targeted marketing strategies, developed SQL reporting, and managed marketing communications. Previous consulting roles spanned business and outreach consulting, alongside early experience at Ogilvy Public Relation Vietnam. Yen holds an MBA in Marketing from Clark University and a B.B.A. in Marketing from International University - Vietnam National University.
