J. Samantha Dougherty

J. Samantha Dougherty has worked as a Senior Director of Policy and Research at PhRMA since July 2012. Before that, they were an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Dissertation Fellow at the University of Maryland from September 2011 to July 2012. J. Samantha also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland from September 2007 to October 2011.

J. Samantha Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland in 2006. J. Samantha then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research at the University of Maryland Baltimore from 2007 to 2012.
