Julie Ritchie Wagner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in health care regulatory and compliance matters. Currently serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel and Head of Global Ethics, Compliance & Enforcement Legal Policy at PhRMA since January 2017, Julie has previously held roles such as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Julie's expertise encompasses various areas including compliance with federal and state anti-kickback laws, health information privacy, Stark law, and healthcare compliance program implementation, working with diverse clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Julie holds a B.S. with Highest Honors from Penn State University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
