Rachel Dolan

Rachel Dolan currently serves as the Deputy Vice President and Senior Director of Policy and Research at PhRMA, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior Policy Analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation from August 2019 to September 2021 and worked as a Special Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief at Health Affairs between October 2014 and August 2019. Earlier in the career, Rachel was an Enrollment Policy Analyst at Families USA for a brief period in 2014 and a Policy Specialist, Policy Analyst, and Policy and Research Analyst at the National Academy for State Health Policy from May 2009 to June 2014. Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Spanish from The University of Georgia.
