Rachel Marcus

Rachel Marcus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy and strategic alliances within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director at PhRMA since September 2020, Rachel previously held various roles at the American Cancer Society from February 2016 to September 2020, including managing campaigns related to access to care. Rachel’s earlier experience includes positions at Rutgers University, focusing on legislative advocacy for higher education, and serving as Campaign Manager for Dave Cole for Congress. Rachel's career commenced in the U.S. Senate, engaging in constituent services and policy work. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Rutgers University.
