Shannon Graham has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Starting in 1997, Graham worked as a Fundraiser for Ridge Schweiker 98 until 1999. From there, they joined the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development as an Analyst for a brief period. In 1999, Graham became the Vice President of Public Affairs at Bravo Group, Inc., where they remained until 2007. Shannon then joined Direct Impact as Vice President, Client Service for a year before transitioning to PhRMA in 2008. At PhRMA, Graham held several roles, including Senior Director of Alliance Development and later became Vice President of Public Affairs and Alliance Development. In 2011, Graham briefly worked at GlaxoSmithKline as the Manager of State Advocacy & Alliance Development. Shannon returned to PhRMA in 2012, where they served as Deputy Vice President and subsequently as Vice President of Public Affairs and Alliance Development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at PhRMA and is expected to become the Executive Vice President in 2024.
