Paul Sandberg

Paul Sandberg has a long and successful career in the health IT and healthcare industries. Paul began their career in 1989 as an Engineering Manager, Plant Engineer, and EIT at Lafarge. In 1995, they moved to CEMEX, where they held various roles, including Director Operations, Management Board Member in Croatia, Director Process in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa & Austrailia, Director Process in Europe, Plant Manager, Corporate Planning, Assistant Plant Manager/Plant Manager, and Director Reliability & Maintenance/Corp Mtce Mgr. In 2011, they co-founded and became CEO of PHRQL, Inc, an award-winning health IT startup. In 2016, they began working as a Senior Consultant for The Sandberg Group, where they focused primarily on the healthcare industry, developing dashboards and analytics tools for healthcare organizations.

Paul Sandberg received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary between 1985 and 1989. Paul then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, graduating in 2011 with an Entrepreneurship track and a minor in Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior. Paul also completed an Executive Education program at Stanford University.
