Briony Fawcett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and program management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Operations Director at PHX Training since May 2017, Briony oversees government-backed training initiatives to enhance skills for individuals and businesses. Prior to this role, Briony worked at The Conservation Volunteers from July 2014 to June 2017 as Head of Programmes, managing contract performance and strategic operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Partner Support Manager and Business Manager at A4e, focusing on partner relations and team performance, and as Recruitment Manager at Hays where Briony developed recruitment strategies and client relations. Educational background includes studies at Carlisle College and Kendal College.
