Karen Anderson has over two decades of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Account Services Manager at Phoenix Closures, Inc. since August 2011, after previously holding the role of Inside Sales Representative. In this position, Karen is responsible for a wide range of sales functions, including prospecting, lead generation, sample requests, pricing, proposals, quotations, order entry, inventory management, and post-sales follow-up. Prior to Phoenix Closures, Karen worked in inside sales at Berlin Packaging from May 2000 to October 2001 and at Silgan White Cap Americas from October 1997 to January 2000. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Bradley University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
