Lamont M. West

LaMont M. West has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as Team Lead at PICS Inventory since June 2022. Previous roles include Student at the Center for Urban Biblical Ministry/Geneva College Pittsburgh (May 2020 - May 2022), and various managerial positions at Tailored Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, customer consultations, and staff training from June 2014 to June 2020. LaMont's experience spans other retail organizations such as Bachrach Clothing and Franco's Fine Clothiers, where skills in customer service, merchandise display, and inventory management were developed. LaMont holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Christian Studies, both from Geneva College.
