Jo Ann Gonzales

Jo Ann Gonzales possesses extensive experience in the real estate and education sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of Growth and Professional Development at Phyllis Browning Company since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jo Ann held several key positions at Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS, including Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Vice President of Residential Sales, and Vice President of Organization Development from December 2022 to August 2025. Jo Ann also has experience as a Broker and served as a Training Specialist at Independence Title Company from July 2018 to May 2024. Academically, Jo Ann earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
