Jessica Lewis

Jessica Lewis has over a decade of work experience in various industries. From 2006 to 2010, they served as Gallery Co-Director for Bear Gallery, where they were in charge of interviewing and hiring paid and volunteer staff, creating and curating gallery space and shows, and creating the gallery website and press releases. In 2005, they worked as a Gallery Assistant for Montserrat College of Art, where they set up gallery events and talks, provided catering and assistance to guests and artists during events, and drafted press releases and gallery correspondence. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Dosha Salon and Spa as a Salon Manager and Lead Supervisor, where they managed staff scheduling, employee policy enforcement, training and coaching, balanced and closed registers, and maintained budget reporting and performance reporting. In 2014, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiting and an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Emerging Markets Human Resources at Nike. In 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Phylos Bioscience, and from 2017 onwards, they have been working at Phylos as the Human Resources Director and HR Operations Manager.

Jessica Lewis earned their High School Diploma from Wayne High School in 2001, where they studied Photography. Jessica then attended Montserrat College of Art from 2004 to 2008, where they received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine and Studio Arts with Honors. In April 2021, Jessica obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
