Frederique Pars

Frederique Pars has a long and varied work experience. In 2018, they began their role as Chief of People at PHYSEE Technologies, where they also served as Head of People and Culture and HR Advisor. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Research Associate at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm. In 2014, they were an Orthopedagogue at GGZ Heuvelrug. In 2013, they were an Orthopedagogue at Ambulatorium (Forensic Youth Department) at the University of Utrecht.

Frederique Pars completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pedagogische Wetenschappen from Utrecht University between 2007 and 2012. Frederique then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Mastertrack Forensische Ontwikkelingspsychologie en Orthopedagogiek from Utrecht University between 2012 and 2013. In 2014, they completed a Basiscursus Cognitieve Gedragstherapie VGCt from RINO Groep.
