Lisette Van Der Knaap

Lisette Van Der Knaap has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Lisette began their career as a Secretary at BDO CampsObers in 2003. In 2008, they became an Office Manager at UNO, where they were responsible for secretarial duties, bookkeeping, and HR functions. From 2013 to 2018, they held the role of Program Coordinator at YES!Delft, Office Manager/ Management Assistente at SPIE Controlec Engineering B.V., and HR-coördinator at Bird Control Group. In 2019, they began working as a People & Culture Specialist at PHYSEE Technologies, where they are responsible for recruitment and People operations, as well as improving the overall employee experience.

Lisette Van Der Knaap obtained a Bachelor in Labour Law from NCOI in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor in Facility Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 2004 and 2008.
