Katie has extensive experience in health care management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Programs and Outcomes at Physician Health Partners since March 2018, while also functioning as the CCHA Health Home Network Supervisor since November 2016. With a background in quality and compliance as a specialist for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, Katie has developed incentive strategies, performance management tools, and led cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing health outcomes.
