Sandra Loayza

Sandra Loayza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sandra began their career at Northdale's Chiropractic as a Front Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant, where they gained experience in office management, administration, and healthcare management leadership. Their responsibilities included physician marketing, insurance documentation, and claims management.

Sandra then joined Surgery Partners, Inc as a Medical Records Manager, overseeing all medical records functions across 180+ locations in 32 states. Sandra ensured accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, security, and compliance of patient health records. In this role, they managed a team and optimized systems to streamline operations.

Currently, Sandra holds a position at Physician Partners of America as the Director of Operations. Sandra has full strategic oversight of healthcare operations, programs, and services for the Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation divisions. Sandra manages a large team of direct-reports and is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple offices and surgery centers in three states. Sandra has been recognized for their innovative processes and programs, including the development of a business plan that drove profitable service line growth and increased revenue and collections.
