Whitney McKenna

Whitney McKenna is a highly experienced claims professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Representative at Physicians Insurance since June 2015, Whitney is tasked with handling medical malpractice claims, which includes investigation, evaluation, negotiation, settlement, and reporting, as well as coordinating the efforts of defense attorneys and expert witnesses. Prior experience includes a role as Claims Manager at Sentinel Assurance Risk Retention Group from January 2010 to June 2015, focusing on professional liability claims, and positions at Farmers Insurance as a Liability Field Claims Adjuster and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Rental Management Representative and Management Trainee. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University, completed in 2005.
