Vinay Kapil

Vinay Kapil has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Aptitude Trainer at Verma Coaching Classes for a year, followed by a similar role at Coaching Classes for two years. In 2017, they joined Ara Web Solutions as a Business Development Executive/Team Lead. From 2018 to 2019, Vinay worked at Executive Bschool as a Senior Program Advisor/Training+Hiring role. In 2019, they became a Business Development Associate at Toppr. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Business Development Associate at Gradeup. In 2021, Vinay joined ImaginXP as an Assistant Manager. Vinay also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at a confidential company from 2021 to 2023. In 2022, Vinay worked as a Business Development Executive at Relevel by Unacademy. Finally, in 2023, they became an Associate Manager at PW (PhysicsWallah).

Vinay Kapil completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions in the years 2010-2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to these degrees, Vinay studied at Dynasty International School from 1995 to 2010, where they obtained their Hr. Secondary qualification. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Leadership through Feedback," "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager," and "Mastering Communications as a Leader," all from LinkedIn in July 2023.
