Gang Li

Gang Li is a scientist at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), currently serving as Project Manager for the European Partnership on Metrology project "22IEM03 PriSpecTemp" since September 2023. Previously, Gang Li worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian from 2012 to 2014, where responsibilities included maintaining and updating the HITRAN molecular spectroscopic database. Prior to this, Gang Li was a Pre Doctoral Fellow at the same institution in 2010, conducting literature reviews and developing methodologies for constructing line lists of HCl. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Chemistry from the University of York (2008-2012) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Physics from The University of Manchester (2006-2008).
