Steve H.

Steve H. has extensive experience in the field of research and development, regulatory affairs, and product development in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Steve has held various senior-level positions throughout their career, including Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Product Development at Crown Laboratories, Inc. starting from June 2022. Prior to this, they served as Director of Research & Innovations And Regulatory Affairs at PhytogenX, Inc. since February 2019, and Director of Research & Development at Crabtree & Evelyn starting from May 2018. Steve also worked as the Director of Research Development at Arbonne since March 2020. Before joining Arbonne, Steve held the position of Director of Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs at Bocchi Laboratories from October 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of WW Research and Development, Product Formulations at JAFRA Cosmetics International from March 2012 to 2014.

Steve H. has a strong educational background with a Master's Degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Steve completed this degree from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, which they pursued from 1992 to 1996.

In terms of their high school education, Steve attended Siparia Senior Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1989. Steve focused on Organic Chemistry during this period.

Apart from their formal education, Steve H. also holds a certification in the Prince2 Project Management Methodology. Steve obtained this certification from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) U.K in May 2013.
