Dr. Ankur Prakash Verma

Dr. Ankur Prakash Verma is an accomplished professional in the field of Agricultural Entomology with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and pest management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Regulatory Affairs at PI Industries Ltd since October 2022, Dr. Verma oversees the compilation of trial reports and dossier submissions for pesticide registration in India. Prior to this role, Dr. Verma worked as a Technical Officer at the Regional Central Integrated Pest Management Center under the Government of India, where responsibilities included promoting Integrated Pest Management techniques and mass multiplication of bioagents. Dr. Verma holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural Entomology from Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, a Master’s degree in Entomology from Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences.
