Arthur W. currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Cathay Pacific, a role initiated in July 2024, focusing on building relationships with regulatory bodies and managing the Overflight Clearance process. Prior to this, Arthur held the position of Operation Officer at Airport Authority Hong Kong, monitoring baggage performance and autonomous tractor operations. Arthur's previous experience includes roles as Deputy Program Manager and Staff Officer for Space Operations at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) and a brief internship at NATO. Additionally, Arthur interned with the U.S. Department of State in the Political & Economic Section. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Lassonde School of Engineering at York University and completion of the NATO Space Coordinate Course.
