Dr. Chakradhar Pal

Dr. Chakradhar Pal has worked as the Head of Product Development at PI Industries Ltd since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Market Development Lead at Bayer Crop Science from January 2020 to August 2022, and from May 2013 to July 2022. Before joining Bayer, they were a TDM at Monsanto Company from January 2008 to April 2014.

Dr. Chakradhar Pal obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Project Management Institute in 2023. Dr. Chakradhar also holds an EPBM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Ph.D. in Agriculture from the University of Calcutta from 2008 to 2011. Dr. Pal also holds a Master of Science degree in Agriculture from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Generative AI for Business Leaders, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Operational Excellence Foundations, Six Sigma: Black Belt, Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint, Communicating with Emotional Intelligence, Crucial Conversations (getAbstract Summary), How to Think Strategically, and The Three Pillars of Effective Communication. Dr. Chakradhar is also a Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) from Harvard Business School, obtained in 2020.
