David Rego

David Rego has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David is currently the Director of Global Accounts at PI (Physik Instrumente) Group since March 2023. Previously, they worked at PI USA - PI (Physik Instrumente) L.P. as President from January 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at the same company, including VP Sales and General Manager, Director of Sales - PI East, and Regional Sales Manager from 2008 to 2020. Before joining PI, David worked as a Sales Engineer at PI (Physik Instrumente) from 2003 to 2008, where they achieved significant sales growth and design wins. Additionally, they have experience as an Applications Engineer at Polytec PI, Inc. from 2000 to 2002 and as a Product and Applications Engineer at DANA Corporation from 1999 to 2000. David also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at TRW Motorkomponenten GMBH in 1997. David Rego earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in German from the University of Rhode Island. Later, David pursued an MBA in Managing Technology (MTIE) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, graduating in 2013.
