Izzet Orhan

Izzet Orhan is an experienced technical analyst and project manager with a career spanning over two decades in telecommunications and IT. Currently serving at PiA (People in Action) since April 2014, Izzet has led significant projects such as the BSCS iX R3 for the ITPC Baghdad Interconnect Project and the CBIO 3.0 Korek Iraq Inbound Roaming Convergency Project. Prior to PiA, Izzet worked at TURKCELL as a Senior Service Administrator, focusing on postpaid rating process management and operational leadership for revenue projects. Previous roles also include positions at AtoS as a Technical Support Engineer and System Integration and Test Engineer, and at Ericsson Mobility World as an Active Test Engineer, where Izzet contributed to automated testing and performance measurement. Izzet holds an MSc in Computer & Control Technology from Marmara University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
