Resat Kale has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Resat currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at PiA (People in Action). Prior to this, they worked at IBM as the Telco Industry Leader and later as the Ignite: Application Quality and Test Practice Lead. Before IBM, they served as the Test Group Manager at Turk Telekom for three years. Resat also worked at Turkcell Teknoloji as the Charging & Collection Unit Manager for six years and at Turkcell as the Quality Assurance Manager, Test Management Team Head, and Technical Acceptance&Application Support Team Head. Resat began their career as an IT Specialist at Turkcell in 1999.

Resat Kale studied Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
