Shilai Xie

Shilai Xie possesses extensive leadership experience in the automation and HVAC industries, currently serving as the Managing Director and General Manager at PIA Automation since February 2019. Prior to this role, Shilai Xie excelled as the Head of Product Management for the Regional Air-Conditioner Business Unit at Bosch USA from May 2011 to February 2019. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at ECR International's Ningbo Utica Fulton Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. and Rittling Thermal Co., Ltd., alongside previous responsibilities in product development at Hydro-Air Components, Inc. Shilai Xie's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics and Law from Tsinghua University.
