Timo Saahko

Timo Saahko currently serves as the Managing Director and General Manager of Manufacturing at Mölnlycke since June 2016 and is a member of the Management Board of Mölnlycke Oy. With a strong background in manufacturing and operations, Timo previously held the position of Vice President Global Operations and Sourcing in Wound Care at Mikkelin kauppakamari from January 2018 to December 2020. Timo's extensive experience in the Walki Group includes roles such as Managing Director and Production Director, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L accountability, plant operations, and investment projects across various regions including Poland and China. Timo has also achieved significant cost reductions and successful project deliveries in past roles. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Jyväskylä and a degree in Process Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
