Cassie Rohrick

Cassie Rohrick currently serves as a Partner at PIADA Italian Street Food since May 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Old Chicago Restaurants from June 2021 to May 2023, where Cassie held the positions of General Manager and Assistant General Manager, as well as Manager in Training. Cassie spent over a decade at Buffalo Wild Wings from August 2010 to May 2021, advancing through various roles including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Front of House Manager, and Bartender/Shift Leader. Earlier career experience includes bartending and management positions at Vintage Pub and Tobins Sports Bar. Cassie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Houston-Victoria between 2018 and 2020, following an Associate of Arts degree from Blinn College, earned from 2003 to 2006.
