Corban Nichols

Corban Nichols is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and training sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Member at CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers) since July 2018, Corban also holds the position of Vice President of Restaurant Excellence and previously served as Director of Restaurant Excellence & Training at PIADA ITALIAN STREET FOOD since May 2021. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Menu & Operations Integration, Menu & Operations Integration Manager, and Regional Training Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from May 2012 to May 2021. Corban holds a degree from Arizona State University, attended from 2001 to 2004.
