Rick Connors

Rick Connors is an experienced construction manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Construction Manager at The Piada Group since January 2021, Rick previously held significant roles at Primanti Bros. Restaurants as Director of Construction from May 2015 to January 2021, and at Famous Dave's in various capacities including Director of Construction and Sr Project Manager from 2003 to 2014. Additionally, Rick was the Director of Remodels at Buffets, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Educational background includes studies at LHH and Miami Dade College, focusing on restaurant construction and project management.
