Dounia Kacem

Dounia Kacem currently serves as the Deputy Boutique Manager at Piaget in the Mall of the Emirates since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial performance analysis, boutique activations, and day-to-day operations in the MEIA region. Dounia has played a key role in defining strategies, monitoring KPIs, and enhancing client experiences. Previous roles include Retail Executive for the Middle East, India, and Africa, and a Retail Europe Intern where Dounia supported the Managing Director with business planning and performance analysis. Dounia also held roles as a Marketing Intern at BOGHOSSIAN and Viewing Assistant at Phillips. Dounia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and completed an exchange semester in Commerce at the University of Cape Town.
