Lorenzo Mastropietro

Lorenzo Mastropietro serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Piaggio Group, having joined the company in January 1991. With a rich history in technology leadership, Lorenzo oversees IT Security and Privacy and reports directly to the group CIO, contributing to the operations of Europe’s largest manufacturer of two-wheel motor vehicles. Prior roles include Information System Technologies Manager and IT Security Officer at Piaggio Group and Supercomputer Applications Consultant at Sysdat srl, as well as Information Technology Specialist at Geomath, where Lorenzo focused on high-performance computing projects. Lorenzo holds a Laurea degree in Computer Sciences from Università di Pisa, earned between 1979 and 1984.
