Aliza Merchant

Aliza Merchant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Piaggio Fast Forward since July 2023, Aliza provides advisory support to employees and the executive team, while managing HR data and developing operational systems. Previously, Aliza held roles including HR Talent Advisor and People Operations Coordinator at Building Engines, where significant contributions included enhancing onboarding processes and leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
