Matthew Swab is a seasoned professional in real estate and marketing with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Piatt Sotheby's International Realty since August 2019, Matthew specializes in residential and commercial property transactions in the Greater Pittsburgh area. As a co-founder of BBE Properties, LLC from August 2015 to December 2021, Matthew focused on revitalizing distressed properties, enhancing their value and that of surrounding neighborhoods. Additionally, Matthew founded Purpose Marketing Group and worked as a Marketing Strategy Director, emphasizing effective communication.
