Krystine Altamira

Krystine Altamira began their career in 2009 at Nordstrom, where they held positions as a Salesperson and Department Lead - Nordstrom Rack, and Logistics and Web Fulfillment. In 2017, they joined Piazza as Head of User Operations. In this role, Krystine served as a resource and led a User Operations team of 8, leading weekly Product and User Operations meetings. Krystine also maintained relationships with university partners and served as a point of contact for feature requests, product development, user onboarding, and implementation. Krystine also assisted in hiring and onboarding efforts to grow the User Operations team, prospected and organized participation in national STEM education conferences, and led virtual and in-person product demos and implementation sessions. As a User Operations Specialist, they provided first-line user support via email, phone, and videoconferencing channels, and served as an intermediary between users and Product/Engineering teams to address feature requests and bug reports.

Krystine Altamira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Jose State University.
