Charlotte Sanderson

Charlotte Sanderson currently serves as the Global Head of People Systems at PIB Group since February 2025. Prior experience includes a Solutions Specialist Core Architect role at bp from January 2022 to February 2025, where strategic support and HR solution expertise were provided. Charlotte previously worked as a Workday Consultant at DP World Tour, optimizing system functionality, and as an HR Systems Specialist at Dimension Data, focusing on HR information support across Europe. Early career roles include HR Advisor at Robert Hurst Group Ltd, HR Administrator at CMA IMAGING, a freelance Graphic Designer, and graphic-related positions at Swinton Group and Vivid Imaginations. Charlotte holds a BTEC in Creative Media from HSDC Alton, completed in 2014.
